Samba is the ideal place to celebrate your special occasion! Samba can also host your next corporate meeting, dinner or networking event. Ideal for Birthday Parties, Showers, Bachelorette/Bachelor Parties, Rehearsal Dinner all of your Special Occasions! Samba provides flexibility and assistance with the planning of your special day. You will work with Rose Consigli, seasoned Event Specialist to ensure all details are met and that your event is memorable! Whether it’s for a small private event, in our beautiful event spaces.

• Private Room downstairs/lower level ~ This room can accommodate up to 100 people
• The Lounge is a great space for networking events or smaller events
• Pato space is a premier space in metro-west that can accommodate up to 65 guests for an event and has a bar with seating.
• Buy-out of the restaurant ~ We do rent our entire restaurant for events! We can hold up to 350 guests!

Food and Beverage

Samba can provide a variety of foods for your special event

• Hibachi Dinner - where guests can order their dinner choice the night of the event. This is a great way to interact with guests and also have a fun time!
• Buffet Dinners ~ We offer a variety of buffet options with some of the classics that everyone loves!
• Heavy Appetizers Style Party ~ Mix in some classic appetizers that everyone loves and Sushi
• Pu Pu Platter Party

The menus that are provided as suggestions; we would be pleased to create other items to fit your special needs. Due to local beverage laws, all alcoholic beverages must be supplied and served by Samba Steak + Sushi personnel.

In arranging for your function an attendance total and entree selection count must be given by 5 days in advance. This number will be considered a guarantee, not subject to reduction and charges will be made accordingly. We will charge for the guarantee or the actual number served, whichever is greater. If no guarantee is received in this office by the deadline, we will consider the highest number of guests indicated as expected on the order as the guarantee

Entertainment and Decorations

We can provide the equipment and services that help make your function a complete success. Items such as special linens, dance floor, private bar or speaker podium are available upon request. If you have any special items in mind, please feel free to consult with us and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Payment

An advance $200.00 deposit, applied to the final bill, will be required 5 to 7 days from time of booking. Full payment is required the day of the function. Prices on menus do not include applicable 20% gratuity and 5% Service Charge

Cancellations

All deposits are non-refundable 30 days prior to event. In the event of a declared weather emergency all deposits or pre-payments will be applied to another event to be scheduled within 90 days from the original date.

Liability

Samba assumes no responsibility for the damage or loss of any merchandise or article left here prior, during, or follow- ing your function. We reserve the right to control all private functions. Patrons agree to be responsible to be the venue.
