- How to properly prepare fish and necessary ingredients for sushi making
- How to perfect the rolling technique on a variety of makimono rolls, including Spicy Tuna, California and Vegetarian, and more!
What’s included?
For starters, you’ll get to enjoy the delicacies you prepare–typically your Sushi Dinner will consist of 3 sushi rolls. You will also receive:
- FREE Gift Bag, including basic items to make sushi at home
- Take-home preparation instructions
- Popular recipes
What do you need?
All you need to bring to class is yourself, a container for leftovers, and an appetite for learning.
Not a seafood lover?
Nothing to worry about – there are many sushi recipes that don’t include seafood (bet you didn’t know that!).
